Considerando: Que lo expuesto en dicho informe constituye semiplena prueba, que no fue
rectificada, por prueba fehaciente en el descargo.
Resuelve: Ratificar la sanción impuesta al sr. Torres, Omar_publicada oportunamente en Boletín Oficial N° 14/2017.
