RESUELVE:

1) Dar por decaído el derecho a la defensa al señor Luis Anconetani, y declararlo en rebeldía. (cfr. art. 8 del RTP)

2) Sancionar por el término de 1 (uno) año y 6 (seis) meses al señor Luis Anconetani; jugador del Club Los Juveniles. (cfr. art. 183 del RTP)

VISTO: que el día 17/08/16, se hicieron presente a la citación realizada por el tribunal el árbitro del partido y el señor Juan Forni, jugador del Club La Perla; no asistiendo el Presidente del Club La Perla, el cual había solicitado dicha audiencia.

CONSIDERANDO: Lo expuesto en la audiencia por ambas partes.

RESUELVE:

1) Sancionar por el término de 5 (cinco) partidos al señor Juan Forni, jugador del Club La Perla. (cfr. arts. 184 y 220 del RTP). Citar para el día 17/08/2016 a las 20 horas al árbitro del partido en la Sede de la Liga Santafesina de Fútbol.
